Party Romper!

At some point during my time at Stephens, I've started a personal tradition. Whenever I go out with my girlies or there's a party on campus, I pull out the Party Romper. It's the perfect mixture of looking half decent while being ironic enough to avoid the pressure of needing to look good, and it's a great conversation starter. And that's the point of parties, right? Plus, as far as I'm concerned, the ONLY way I'm able to pull off such a ridiculous outfit is in an ironic way.
Here's me in Party Romper on Halloween on the far right:

Anyway, recently tragedy has struck and Party Romper got a little torn to pieces in the dryer. Morgan, in the polka dotty dress in the front, swears all it needs is a little repair, but I say, HEY! Forever 21 is having a buy one get one free sale, and I bet it would be awesome if all my friends had party rompers, too. Let's make this a big deal. Let's.

Oh, for the love of Parties, and the love of Rompers.

As you may have noticed, I've been giving more time to the blogging world than I have these past few months,
and as wonderful as reading and discovering blogs is,
I'm getting a heavy case of the mean reds- I'm so jealous of everyone's awesome lives! All I seem to do is run to class and run to lunch and run to bed, and start over- is it just college life?

Tonight I'm craving a New Years Party like this one:

Doesn't their party look like fun?

Lots to share!

The rest are from me.

I found some totally awesome prints on velocityartanddesign.com
I can't wait until I start buying things for my house...

except I've already bought this awesome guy.

Hey guys. I've got some
photos of the set I helped build
for All My Sons.

See the little branches hanging from the top? I thought that was a really great touch.

I'm seriously proud of this set- everyone did such a wonderful job on it. A student here, Brandon, designed the set and another student Emily designed all the lights. And, as you can see, they really did an exceptional job.

The show itself was really good, too. It's probably one of the best works of theater I've seen, although my experience with shows is relatively limited compared to most other people here, but everyone else seems very satisfied with the production as well.

But in a week we'll tear this baby down. Ahhh the theater.

Last night while procrastinating writing an essay on my values
(could there be a more broad essay prompt, by the way?)
I re-discovered my love for wasting time on fashion blogs.
 ohm. em. gee.

Shoes, cardigan, sunglasses from gargoyle.
I wish I was rich.

I still feel the urge to get a bodysuit or two.
I want all of these for my boy!

After seeing everyone else re-design and tweak their blogs...I think I'm coming down with a change-cold...
I'm not too crazy about my current layout right now- but then again I am hardly ever satisfied.

I had such a great day!

Which is a bit odd, because the second I woke up (and after a shower) I went to work,

(I work in this awesome castle)

and now at 6:30 I am just coming home from that work.
And it was great!
I love gettin stuff done, you know?
For some reason I couldn't stop singing today,

and we were kinda busy-ish in a way that I'm always doing something,
like making fancy whippey cream treats and making sloppy samiches.
Plus I finally tried that Pumpkin Cheesecake I've been meaning to try...
and wow.

Plus I got some lotion that smells like pumpkin pie,
and as we all know,
I lumme some Punkun Pie.
I also kept thinking about last night,

and Harry Potter,

and Two Headed Roommates,

and Organic Broccoli,

and Power Drills,

and plus also ph levels.
(I refuse to explain that last one)

How was your day?

Also, if you scroll down to the next post,
listen to "Parentheses",
which I think is absolutely my new favorite song.
(for now)
