It's one of those days! Where I have time! And I am lucky enough to find AWESOME STUFF!

I'm gonna share it with you!!!

 

And I'm feeling pretty good about myself and my future.

Because a Death Cab for Cutie song just came on the radio,

and I remember in the past having trouble listening to their music because it always made me sad-

it reminded me of a certain person.

But today I can't remember who that person was...

 

I'm taking that as a very, very good sign.

I graduated last night!!

My mommy put this sign in the yard before I left. She lured me out there reluctantly to see it, "Rudi, honey, I need you to do some math for me..." 

Tricky tricky momma!

later. I'm so totally pooped- but at least I'm starting my Real Life right! I woke up at 7 AM and GOT TO WORK. 

Work being checking my email and editing photos from last night, but still.

I'm off to eat breakfast with my dad!

I'd like to share a little advice I got from my sister today. 

"When you're up you're up. When you're down, you're down."

Thank you, Sadie. She's, like, the wisest person I've ever met.

I have such hair envy lately.

Actually, to be quite honest, I've been having a lot of everything envy these days.

 It's summertime, when girls are supposed to be pretty and glittery,

but I feel completely opposite of that. My legs are gross and my hair is gross and my skin is nasty, 

and more and more and more.

I'm getting nervous about going to a girl's school because everyone will be so pretty,

and I'm definitely one to compare myself to other people.

Or maybe I just need a haircut and to put on a cute outfit. 

This whole big deal graduation thing is bringing out all the worst qualities in me. I'm not looking forward to wearing a pizza box on my head. But I am looking forward to hiding a chopstick in my graduation robe and pretending to be Harry Potter.
